MONGOLIAN CUISINE
Mongolian traditional cuisine’s main ingredients are meat and dairy products. Due to the harsh climate and temperature changes, our meat consumption rate is very high compared to other countries, but there is nothing to worry about. Most modern-day Mongolian cuisines include a variety of European and Asian dishes as well as a mixture of dishes you can pick and choose from. Most tourist bases and Ulaanbaatar city restaurants have 2-4 stages of serving (salad and soup + main course + desserts).
